Project manager

The Position:

You will join the Consulting department and be the backbone force in the team. You will be working on projects and large scale / multi-player transformation programs. These programs/projects are essential to our client’s business, improving their business performance and bring competitive value. With 20 years of expertise in SCP using our unique project methodology, it allows you to quickly and effectively measure our impact on the results of your customers(Quick ROI between 4month-1year).

Your role is full of challenges and excitement. Our projects/programs are transformation projects/programs with high complexity. It requires high problem-solving skills, business knowledge and organizational intelligence. As customer’s primary contact, have access to senior decision-makers, with whom you establish and maintain high quality communication. You are the guarantor of customer value delivery and in charge of the profitability of your projects. Your responsibility is global: steer the value delivery, managing our commitments, team management, identification and development of additional business.

Responsibilities :

• Manage projects or programs of implementation of our supply chain solutions within our key accounts, make sure the project value delivery within our commitment
• Manage the customer relationship in the context of these projects, in collaboration with the sales account manager.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, for the scoping phase, preparation of the project plan (project schedule, project resource plan, roles and responsibilities, deliverables), and the presentation of our project approach.
• Actively engage in the professional development of our consultants (recruiting, coaching, mentoring etc.).
• Be the engine in our expertise development: contribution to methodology amelioration, knowledge consolidation, proposal of software solution evolution etc.
• Participation in boosting our market presence: publications, conferences, exhibitions, etc.

Requirement:

• Hard skills:
